Includes 2lb of our Raw Signature Spinach and Cheese recipe, and a box of frozen phyllo dough. Directions: Each box of frozen phyllo dough contains 18 sheets. Be sure to defrost the phyllo dough before using it. 1. Bush oil on the first 9 sheets. 2. Then apply our spinach and cheese recipe onto the sheets. 3. Add the last 9 remaining sheets of phyllo dough on top of the spinach and cheese. (Please note, make sure you oil up each sheet.) 4. Put the tray of raw spanakopita in the oven for 20 min on 375º. Let it cool down for 2min. Then enjoy!
Veggie Grape Leaves Kit
Includes 1lb of our Raw Signature Veggie Grape Leaves recipe and a jar of grape leaves. Directions: 1. Open jar of grape leaves that you were provided. Wash each leaf before using it, we would recommend opening the jar and putting it in another container with water. 2. When rolling up grape leaves, be sure to take the stem off of each leaf. 3. Roll each leave up with our veggie grape leaves recipe. 4. Put each roll on the pot as you are continuing to roll them. 5. Once all the leaves have been rolled. Fill water to the top of the grape leaves roll. Don’t add too much. Add a thin layer of oil to the pot. 6. Turn on high heat until water comes to a boil. 7. Once water is boiling, please lower heat to med low and cook for 1 hour and 20min. And enjoy!
